Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

we are committed to providing high-quality surgical, dental, and veterinary instruments. However, if you receive a defective item, you may return it under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Defective goods may be returned only if they are unused and in their original condition.
- Before returning any item, you must contact us via email at info@bigbrosurgi.com for return authorisation.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse returns beyond this period.
2. Return & Exchange Procedure
- The customer is responsible for covering all return postage costs.
- A clear reason for the return must be stated when sending back the item.
- If you wish to exchange an item, postage must be paid for both the original delivery and the replacement item.
3. Important Return Conditions
- All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
- We cannot be held responsible for undelivered or damaged returned goods.
4. Claims for Lost or Damaged Returns
- If returned goods are lost or damaged in transit, any claims must be filed directly with the courier service used for the return shipment.
- BIGBRO will not accept liability for goods that fail to reach us or arrive in a damaged condition.
